A native of the greater Seattle area, Dr. Peyton was born and raised in Lynnwood. He completed his undergraduate studies at the University of Washington. He received his Doctor of Dental Surgery (D.D.S.) from the University of Washington in 1982. After working in private practice for three years, he continued his post doctoral training at the University of Southern California where he received a Master of Science (M.S.) in Craniofacial Biology and a Certificate in Advanced Orthodontics in 1987. Since that time, Dr. Peyton has maintained a private practice in Des Moines specializing in providing orthodontic care for children, teens, and adults.

Dr. Peyton is a member of the American Association of Orthodontists, Pacific Coast Society of Orthodontists, American Dental Association, Washington State Dental Association, and the Seattle-King County Dental Association.
